How do I get started?

Monday 2-5.30pm
Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm

Currently, due to the COVID 19 safety restrictions all sessions will be online or phone until further notice.

If your availability fits mine, and you feel would like to take the first step, you can email me to arrange either of the following:
1. An initial 20 minute free phone consultation
2. A full one hour counselling session costing 40.

1. The phone consultation is not a counselling session. During it you may want to share a bit of what is bringing you towards counselling and what you hope for from sessions. The consultation will also give you an opportunity to ask me for information about my practice. This will give you the chance to decide whether I am the counsellor for you. Arrangements for ongoing sessions will be made at this point.

2. The one hour counselling session is for those people who want to get started straight away with counselling. Many people feel nervous at the beginning of a first session but they also find that, once we get started, it soon begins to feel easier. I will spend a small part of the first session outlining the way my private practice is set up to work for you.

How much does it cost?

40 per session (A session lasts up to 60 minutes) payable each session by cash or online bank transfer (There is no card payment option).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by you for any reason within 24 hours of a booked session are charged at the full rate of 40. Cancellations or rescheduling outwith 24 hours are free.

Where will I go for my sessions?

IMPORTANT. Please not that during the CORONA VIRUS measures being in place, I will only work with clients on Zoom or phone.

Is there wheelchair access?

With online counselling wheelchair access is dependent on the location of your online resource.
